We will do our best to ensure you receive your orders for the holidays. However, please note we can not guarantee arrival times as we are subject to Canada Post and their timing. Best to order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment! Thank you!

LOCAL PICK-UP for personalized pieces: DEC 17th

LOCAL PICK-UP for all others: DEC 20th

SHIPPING RATES

In response to COVID-19 and the changes we are all facing, we are happy to offer Canadians:

ORDERS OVER $300

Canadian orders over $300 (before taxes) will be shipped, expedited, free of charge.

ORDERS UNDER $300

  1. For Canadian orders under $300 (before taxes), there is a flat rate of $15, comes with a tracking number

  2. We also have free home studio pick up. Pick-up is contact-free. It is outside our studio, and all proper precautions are being taken.

Please note: all shipping is contingent on Canada Post, and we cannot guarantee shipping timelines until further notice. But we are working as hard as we can to get parcels out!

Free Shipping Policy:

Home Studio pick-up is always free

Canadian orders over $300.00 will be shipped expedited free of charge.

US orders over $350.00 will be shipped free of charge.

Home Studio Pick-up

To pick-up at my home studio in Kingston select "home studio pick up" at check out. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up. The email will include pick-up instructions.

 

Shipping Rates:

All orders have tracking numbers when choosing Canada Post
Canada: $15.00 with tracking number

USA Postal: $25.00

Fulfillment and Shipping Timing

 

Standard Pieces: Standard orders (meaning anything that is not a custom piece or size) are shipped within 4-5 days.

 

Personalized and Custom Pieces: Personalized and custom pieces (such as our Heirloom collections, Well Said collections, and Surfer Stone collection etc) can take between 2-4 weeks to ship, although we do our best to get them out sooner. This is because every piece is made by hand just for you.

Rush Orders

 

If you are looking for a rush order, ask the question! I will always try to help. There will be a surcharge of $10-$25 depending on the size of the project and the timeframe.

Seasonal/High-Demand

 

Factors that can affect lead-time are current volumes in high-demand seasons such as the holidays or during sales. In cases where stated lead-times can not be honoured an email will go out after you have ordered with a more accurate date of shipping.

 

Return, Exchanges + Repairs

What if I am not satisfied with my item?
We happily take back any returns if you are not 100% satisfied with the item. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the jewelry and must be in the original condition.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

 

Please don't order items in multiple sizes with the idea of returning what does not fit. Each item is made JUST FOR YOU when you place your order 🖤  We care about the environment, just like you, so we do not carry any excess stock. Just contact us and we can help you determine your right size.

What if I need my jewelry to be re-sized?

Contact us if you feel the sizing does not feel quite right for you.  We can adjust most anything.  Please note that rings that are not adjustable cannot be resized but can be exchanged for a different size, no half sizes available.

 

What if I need my piece repaired?

Even when you do everything right, sometimes $h!t happens!

 

In the event that damage happens outside of normal wear and tear, within six months of purchase, please email us with your name, order number, a picture and a description of the issue. Our customer care team will advise on the next steps for having your piece repaired or replaced.

 

If your item was purchased outside of the six-month window but you are interested in having the piece repaired, please email our customer care team with a picture and description of the issue. 

 

Any costs associated with the repair will be agreed upon beforehand.

How do I measure for an anklet?

Anklet - Ankle Bracelets Above the Waist:

Measure with a non-stretchy string or flex tape above your ankle bone and add ¼". For example; if your ankle measures 8", you will need an 8¼ - 8¾" anklet. This will allow room to loosen or tighten the beaded anklet to fit just right.

Anklet - Ankle Bracelets Below the Waist:

Measure with a non-stretchy string or flex tape below your ankle bone and add ¼ to ½" depending on how loose you want your anklet. For example, if your ankle measures 9", you will need a 9¼ - 9¾" anklet.

How do I wrap your Leather Wraps?

This is a common question and we promise it gets easier as the leather moulds to your body and you become familiar to the pattern. Below you can find a quick tutorial on how to get started.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I measure for a bangle?

This can be one of the trickiest measurements to get right. Please refer to our sizing guide before you purchase!

Can I make a gift order?

​We would love to create a gift order for you! Please indicate in the notes section that your order is a gift. Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally. You can choose the shipping option that works best for you. For your convenience, we now have standard applicable rates based on your selection. 
 
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import.
 

I live in Kingston. Can I come to your studio to pick up my order?
Absolutely! To pick-up at my home studio in Kingston select "home studio pick up" at check out. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up. The email will include pick-up instructions.
 
What materials do you use?
Mainly Sterling silver and recycled sterling silver.  When fine silver is used or Argentium it will be mentioned in the description.
