Shipping + Handling

Personalized and Customized Orders take between 2-4 weeks to ship, often sooner. Factors that affect lead-time are current volumes, if I am away on vacation/business or it is a busy season like Christmas. In cases where stated lead-times can not be honoured an email will go out after you have ordered with a more accurate date of shipping.

Pre-made Stock will ship within 3-4 days. (ex. Birch Earrings), if a product is out of stock you will be notified with a more accurate shipping date.

An order shipped within Ontario, once posted, will take between 2-3 business days. The rest of Canada between 4-5 business days. I can not guarantee 100% as this is the general rules for Canada Post

If you are looking for a rush order, ask the question, I will always try to help. There will be a surcharge of $10-$25 depending on the size of the project and time frame.

To pick up at my home studio in Kingston (41 Chartwell Cres) click pick up at check out. We will call or email you when ready for pick up. And again I will do my best to accommodate urgent orders. Please indicate URGENT and date required in special instructions at check out time.


Free Shipping Policy:

Canadian orders over 250.00 will be shipped expedited free of charge.

US orders over $300.00 will be shipped free of charge.

FED EX: Flat rate of $40.00
USA Postal: $20.00

Can I make a gift order?
​We are happy to work with you on a Gift order.  We can ship your order to the lucky person’s address if you like.  This needs to be mentioned during checkout in the notes section. What if I am not satisfied with my item?
We happily take back any returns if you are not 100% satisfied with the item. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the jewelry and must be in the original condition.  Please contact us to make arrangements.  
 
Please don't order items in multiple sizes with the idea of returning what does not fit. Each item is made JUST FOR YOU when you place your order. We care about the environment, just like you, so we do not carry any excess stock. Just contact us and we can help you determine your right size.
 

How do I wrap your Leather Wraps? This is a common question and we promise it gets easier as the leather moulds to your body and you become familiar to the pattern. Below you can find a quick tutorial on how to get started.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What if I need my jewelry to be re-sized? Contact us if you feel the sizing does not feel quite right for you.  We can adjust most anything.  Please note that rings that are not adjustable cannot be resized but can be exchanged for a different size, no half sizes available.
 

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept major credit cards and PayPal online.  
 

Where do you ship to?
We currently use Canada Post as our carrier. You can choose the shipping option that works best for you and for your convenience we now have a standard applicable rate based on your selection. 
 
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import.
 

I live in Kingston. Can I come to your studio to pick up my order?
Absolutely, we love visitors! Please contact us to place your order and we will contact you when it is ready to arrange a time for pick-up.
 

What materials do you use?
Mainly Sterling silver and recycled sterling silver.  When fine silver is used or Argentium it will be mentioned in the description.
 

Duties & Tax
Retail sales tax will be added to all orders.   USA customers can order in Canadian dollars from this site. We will ship internationally.
